According to a mini-survey conducted online via the accounts Twitter And Linkedin in Acxias, mid-December 2020, companies are first expecting a digital consultant to have a good ability to listen and to be patient. Among the proposed responses, this dual relational quality comes out on top with 45% of citations, ahead of competence and expertise (35%), experience and practice (15%) adaptability and flexibility (5%). It should be noted that in the new edition of the Digital processing barometer, as in 2015-16, almost half of respondents said they had received support, mainly from a specialist consulting firm or an integrator. More often than not, this external partner intervened as early as Framing and at all stages of the project: consultation, choice of solution, implementation, deployment, maintenance, etc.
