FunPlus, Swiss video game publisher (State of Survival, King of Avalon, Guns of Glory, Stormshot, Sea of Conquest, etc.), benefited from the support of the Acxias teams for the design, configuration and integration of SAP Ariba, in China. As part of this project, the agency first formalized the purchasing process company targets then implemented the modules covering the entire purchasing and procure-to-pay chain, in particular SAP Ariba Sourcing for the search for suppliers and the management of calls for tenders, and SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing for the management of purchase orders and invoices. Beyond overheads, FunPlus also purchases multiple artistic outsourcing services (videos, photos, animations, etc.) which required the creation of a specific platform and its interfacing with SAP Ariba, by Acxias. All target features are now operational in production.
