In partnership with the consulting firm CDC, joint venture between SAP and China Mobile, the subsidiary ofAcxias in China (艾柯夏) accompanied the band Pony.ai in the implementation and deployment of modules Ariba SLP and Sourcing. For the group specializing in the autonomous "robot taxi", present in Guangzhou (headquarters), Shanghai, Beijing and also in California, it was a question of improving communication and the collection of information from suppliers, to optimize sourcing and monitoring of their performance. With acxias' intervention, Pony.ai was able to improve these two processes, thanks in particular to more structured approval workflows and asupplier onboarding, and thus the quality of the information collected, now complete and up-to-date. Procurement teams can also more easily access and share reports.
