On the occasion of theIntelligent Spend Management Forum SAP, Eurovia (VINCI Construction) presented its project to deploy SAP Ariba with agencies and site teams, to digitize requests and purchase orders in the field. According to Thomas Ruffié, manager SAP S/4 MM and Ariba at VINCI Construction, this project, carried out with Acxias (supplier onboarding, take-over of catalogues, etc.), has already led to benefits on two levels: a simplification of access to the conditions negotiated with suppliers on the one hand, and the improvement of expenditure control on the other. All through a "pleasant and simple" interface to use, especially for non-professional buyers. Today, after France and Quebec, the deployment of SAP Ariba is gradually expanding to other entities.
