The pharmaceutical group Transcenta used theAcxias in China (艾柯夏), whose workforce of five people is expected to double in 2023, to accelerate the digitalization of its Purchases implementing and deploying the Sourcing module solution SAP Ariba. Aiming to structure the consultation-negotiation process (tenders, reverse auctions, evaluation of proposals, etc.), to improve operational efficiency and meet the internal/external audit needs of a listed company, the project was successfully completed in less than five weeks. The next step, planned in parallel but postponed because of the coronavirus crisis, is the implementation of theERP SAP S/4Hana and sap Ariba Snap Buying module covering the downstream Procure-to-receipt process.
