The world leader in management software announces the acquisition of the American company Taulia for an amount "less than one billion euros" and a 95% stake in the capital. Already a partner of SAP to facilitate interfacing with its main ERPs (ECC, S/4Hana, etc.), Taulia offers a range of e-invoicing tools and services, Supply chain finance (Cash planner, Dynamic dicounting, Accounts receivable financing, etc.) and management of supplier information through an exchange platform and a dedicated portal.
