To simplify the task and save prescribers time, Acxias invents automated purchasing demand usingartificial intelligence coupled with modules RPA (Robotic process automation). In manual mode, experience shows that this operation requires between 10 and 15 minutes depending on the complexity of the request, at a cost of more than 5 euros. With the new solution, the procedure takes place in three stages: data extraction, analysis and classification, creation of the purchase request in SAP Ariba. A chatbot is also available to request additional information in learning mode. Based on the number of purchase requests and their topology (number of lines, categories, etc.), some Acxias customers expect a gain of several thousand hours of work per year, i.e. the occupation of several "full-time equivalents".
