YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:
- Provide daily support to customers (Financial Department contacts, Purchasing Departments, IT Departments) to maintain software solutions in operational conditions (SAP ABAP, SAP Ariba P2P, related applications),
- Collect, analyze and treat incidents with responsiveness,
- Participate in the implementation of requested developments, and carry out the associated settings or development,
- Rédiger & exécuter les cas de tests unitaires, de non régression,
- Update technical documents,
- Assist Acxias teams around the world in carrying out their missions, and participate in the implementation of an SAP project from start to finish,
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- SAP ABAP language already encountered during your previous experiences: Interface, Conversion and Enhancements
- Knowledge / Notions on SAP modules (Ariba, SD, MM, PP, FICO or WM)
- Have already provided TMA technical support
- English/French required
- Knowledge of ticketing tools (such as ServiceNow, Zoho, or others)
- Orienté(e) résolution de problèmes & forte capacité à comprendre comment les processus métier fonctionnent et s’intègrent dans un environnement de plates-formes technologiques multiples.
