YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:
- Carry out daily support to customers (contact persons Finance Departments, Purchasing Departments, CIO) for the maintenance in operational conditions of software solutions (SAP, SAP Ariba, related applications),
- Collect, analyze and treat incidents with responsiveness,
- Participate in the implementation of the requested changes, and make the associated settings,
- Write & execute the cases of unit tests, non-regression,
- Updating of functional documents and guides/operating procedures,
- Support end users remotely,
- Assist Acxias teams around the world in carrying out their missions,
- Ensure a technological watch in order to put into practice the latest evolutions of the solution (test & learn).
MANDATORY REQUIRED SKILLS:
- IT training (Engineer or equivalent)
- First experience support / parameterization (1 year minimum)
- Knowledge of SAP (ideally SAP MM or SAP SRM)
- Have already provided TMA Level 1 and 2 support
- English required
- Knowledge of ticketing tools (such as ServiceNow, Zoho, or others)
