The post ?
As part of our development, we are creating the position and looking for an SAP ERP Head of Business Unit (all modules), who will be responsible for creating, developing and managing a new entity dedicated to SAP ERP solutions.
Your missions will focus on several activities:
- Participate in developing the commercial strategy for the development of this new organization, in conjunction with the general and commercial management of Acxias,

- Participate in pre-sales phases, calls for tenders and the drafting of proposals,
- Be the ambassador/expert of this offer and bring it visibility in conjunction with our marketing team.
- Develop your team according to the commercial strategy,

- Establish a resource plan and actively participate in the recruitment of SAP experts (consultants, project managers, engineers, etc.),
- Manage your team of SAP experts and improve their skills,
- Guarantee the satisfaction of Acxias customers for this expertise.
- Give Acxias the capacity to carry out complete SAP ERP projects

- Ensure the development of the customer portfolio and partnerships with SAP and other market players,

- Monitor projects at each key stage (project framing, implementation, deployment, maintenance) and guarantee their success with our clients;
- Bring your SAP expertise and share it internally in order to participate in employee training
- Making the link on a daily basis between all Acxias teams and customers
- Respect and follow-up of the schedule, the budget and the margin, which you will know how to evolve
The skills and qualities to succeed in this position & at Acxias?
- You have more than 5 years of experience in similar functions related to SAP ERP, with managerial experience,
- You have a good knowledge of the market and the SAP ERP ecosystem,
- You have real expertise in several SAP ERP modules, preferably SAP MM/CO/FI,
- You can demonstrate several successful experiences of strategic SAP ERP projects,
- You are recognized for your natural leadership and your ability to embark and supervise a team and to ensure the direction of the strategic projects which will be carried out by this entity,
- You have excellent customer (and team!) relations, listening skills and strength of conviction,
- Outre votre maitrise reconnue de SAP ERP, vous avez une appétence pour le développement commercial & l’avant-vente,
- Fluent English and French essential.
