Your missions?
- Define the company's French commercial strategy in collaboration with General Management and implement it;
- Establish sales objectives and monitor their achievements;
- Manage, coach, and develop the current sales team (3 people) in order to achieve your objectives;
- Manage strategic tender processes in collaboration with Senior Consultants and lead commercial negotiations with key accounts;
- Monitor strategic clients directly;
- Help define and manage marketing actions that will support your commercial strategy
- Manager, coacher, et animer l’équipe marketing & communication actuelle (2 personnes) ;
- As a member of the CODIR, you are a source of proposals for the overall optimization of the company and the development of its activities.
The profile you are looking for?
You are an experienced professional passionate about selling services and software. You have higher education in commerce or business engineering in the IT field and you have at least 5 years of experience in our field. You have the following skills:
- The sale of IT services linked to management software, ideally in the field of purchasing, supply chain or finance,
- Sales of management software business, ideally in the field of purchasing, supply-chain or finance,
- You are familiar with the environment from a large software package publisher, ideally Sap,
- Management and team development,
- Excellentes capacités relationnelles orientée écoute & besoin client,
- Rigor, strength of proposals,
- Proactive and with natural charisma and leadership, you know how to drive collective dynamics,
- Pragmatic, you know how to take a step back and formalize appropriate action plans;
- Team spirit has real meaning for you, such as sharing knowledge and helping each other.
- English and French essential.
