The German publisher has just presented a “co-pilot ofartificial intelligence generative in natural language” which will gradually be integrated into its cloud solutions, particularly in the field of Purchases and supply chain, as well as its Business Technology Platform (construction). Baptized Joule, this assistant will provide companies with “proactive and contextualized” information based on data (raw data, texts, images, etc.) from their SAP applications but also from third-party sources. By quickly sorting, cross-referencing and contextualizing historically siled data, Joule is able to offer comprehensive summaries and overviews to improve team productivity and enable them to achieve better results, in a secure manner and in compliance with regulations. All users need to do is ask questions or present a problem, in plain language, to receive “intelligent” answers drawn from this data.
